Smart Mortgage Services Limited is a Financial Service Provider operating under a Financial Advice Provider licence issued by the Financial Markets Authority.

Our services

We provide financial advice on home, business, personal, and vehicle lending products from a panel of New Zealand banks and non-bank lenders.

Fees

Most clients pay nothing for our advice — we're remunerated by the lender on settlement. If a fee applies in your circumstances, we'll disclose it in writing before any work begins.

Conflicts of interest

We may receive commissions from lenders when a loan settles. We manage conflicts by always recommending the product best suited to you, regardless of commission.

Complaints & dispute resolution
